Add-Ons + Extras

Customize your Snap Society DFW experience with optional add-ons designed to fit your event.

Extra Hour — Need more time? Add an additional hour to keep the booth going.
Event Content Clips — Short iPhone-style event clips perfect for behind-the-scenes moments, decor details, and social media memories.
Recap Reel — A short edited event recap video created from event content clips.
Additional Custom Overlay — Add a second custom overlay for different event moments, branding, or themes.
Backdrop Upgrade — Upgrade your booth setup with a styled backdrop option. Availability and pricing may vary.
Custom Props — Custom props may be available with advance notice. Pricing varies depending on the design, quantity, and theme.
Client-Provided Backdrop Setup — Have your own balloon wall, shimmer wall, floral wall, or branded backdrop? We can set up the booth using your existing event decor if the area is safe, level, and photo-ready.
Portable Power Add-On — For outdoor events or spaces without nearby power access, a portable power option may be available with advance notice.
Hotspot Add-On — For venues with limited Wi-Fi, a mobile hotspot may be available upon request. Digital sharing depends on cellular signal strength.

Discounts

Referral Discount — Refer a friend and receive 10% off your next booking once their event is officially booked and their retainer is paid.
First Responder & College Student Discount — First responders and college students receive 10% off with a valid ID.

Discounts must be requested before booking and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

To ensure your event gets the personal attention it deserves, we start with an inquiry rather than an instant booking. Our process is simple: submit your details via our form, and Snap Society DFW will follow up to review your specific date, location, and package needs. Thank you for reaching out to us! We received your inquiry and will review your event details soon. Please note that your date is not officially reserved until availability is confirmed, your agreement is signed, and your retainer is paid. We’ll follow up personally within 24–48 hours to discuss pricing, travel fees, and the next steps for your contract.
